TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders & Shipping

Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Normally all standard orders are shipped within 3 working days of receiving the order.
The customer would receive a mail in case of refusal by the Credit Card Company or cancellation/delay of the order due otherwise.
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Please allow up to twenty one (21) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Express Delivery Orders: Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM CST will arrive within 2-3 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM CST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3-4 business days.
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM CST will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM CST, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

Time2GoNatural.com is NOT responsible for any other charges that may be levied by the Card Issuing Bank.

Account Form and Order Process

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address, shipping address and credit card information. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order.

In general, we will try to contact you first by email and if that fails, or if time is critical, we will try to contact you by phone.

Shipping Details

In order to provide good service, timely & efficient deliveries, please give us your correct pin-code in the shipping address of the Registration Form.

It is very important for us to have your correct contact Email id & number, so please give us complete & correct information while registering. The Billing Address must match the credit card details, in case you choose credit card as your payment option.
If you want to change the shipping address you have specified at the time of placing the order, you can send us a message at support@time2gonatural.com clearly mentioning your order number and we will try to accommodate the change if the goods have not been dispatched from our warehouse.

NOTE: Shipments to International Addresses are currently unavailable.

Tax Information

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Time2GoNatural, LLC unless clearly shown in the ordering process.

Items ordered may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped.
If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts.
If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
